  • What is MUMS?

    MUMS is an online destination for mothers to buy and sell a wide range of products and services. We have Daily Sale Events lasting for a week, Everyday Shops featuring great products as well as Mumprenuers products and the Mum Market. The Mum Market is a marketplace platform for mothers to sell their new and pre-loved goods to other mothers.

  • Where does MUMS get its products?

    MUMS sources its products from a wide range of International brands, local distributors and of course – Mumprenuers who have lovingly sourced or made their own products to sell! We guarantee the authenticity of each and every product we sell.

  • How do I sell on MUMS?

Orders

  • How can I check on the status of my order?

    MUMS will send you a confirmation email after you have placed an order. We will then supply you with a tracking number when your product leaves our warehouse. If you did not receive a confirmation email after placing your order please send us an email at [email protected]

  • What are your hours of operation?

    The MUMS website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. MUMS also has a customer support team available 24/7. Please email us [email protected] and we will try our very best to return your email no later than an hour or use our live chat for faster response.

  • What are the payment options at MUMS?

    MUMS accepts payments from Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

  • Is a credit card required for all purchases on MUMS?

    Credit card is the most convenient and safest way for payments. If you already have a PayPal account, you may also choose to pay with paypal which does not require credit card. A valid credit card is also required if your order is free due to credits.

Shipping

  • How does MUMS ship products?

    Products will be delivered to your order shipping address within 5 working days unless stated under the merchant details on product page. MUMS merchants ships products as quickly as possible from the time of your order. Returns

  • What is MUMS return policy?

    MUMS has a 7 days return policy on goods which have defects, damaged upon delivery or covered by the warranty from the merchant. Also to know more about our Return/Refund/Exchanges Policy, kindly go to bottom of the page and click Return,Refund and Exchanges.

  • How do I return an item?

    Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return and we will give you guidance on the return arrangement.   • Mums Cash

    For security purposes, we disabled mums cash for the meantime as we are sorting some issue from last year to offer better service. We apologize for the inconvenience but to use your mums credit, just contact our customer loyalty associates to help you. Thank you!

  • What is MUMS CASH and how does it work?

    Mums cash is cash that is given to every customer of MUMS as a compensation, reward or even choice for refund. It has no expiration date. It will just stay on your account. You can use it for purchasing.

    We are always looking for ways to support all the mothers out there. One of the ways we do this is by giving back up to 20% of our margins to our members. Every time a new member joins when you share or like something from our site we will connect that member and their circle of friends to your account. Every dollar spent in your circle of friends earns you MUM CASH! It’s that easy!

    You can see your circle of friends and how much MUM CASH you have earned on the Network tab after you have logged in.

    You can control the emails you receive on your email preferences page in your account. And don't worry — even if you choose to unsubscribe from our emails, you can still log in to your MUMS account to browse and shop anytime.

  • How safe is my personal information when I become a member?

    Our members' safety and privacy are our utmost priority at MUMS. Members' data will never be sold to or shared with third-party marketers.
